One of
the regions most exclusive venues, West Tower in
Aughton, has been named Lancashires top wedding
destination.
The hilltop property, which overlooks miles of
rolling countryside, received the accolade after
brides voted for the venue through an awards scheme
with popular wedding magazine, County Brides.
The award comes 18 months after the eighteenth
century country house was transformed into an
exclusive wedding venue.
More than 14 awards were up for grabs at the County
Brides ceremony which took place on Friday 24 June
at Mere Golf and Country Club.

the result, especially as it is the brides who
